Growing Practices: No Pesticides No Herbicides No Fungicides No Synthetic Fertilizers

Latin Name: Brassica juncea

Days to Maturity: 20-45

Description:

These lovely chartreuse mustard greens become impressively large before bolting. Uniform and resistant to blights, they also appeared to resist flea beetle infestation better than other mustard greens I have grown. The flavor is deliciously sweet and buttery, especially when young. Wonderful slow-cooked in the southern style with bacon. 20 days baby, 45 days full size.
