Beautiful dark green leaves contrast stems ranging from light pink to magenta. This tender and mild Asian green adds bold color and nutty flavor to salad mixes when harvested baby; excellent braised or stir-fried at full size. Great cold tolerance and slow to bolt. Bred in OR by Frank Morton of Wild Garden Seeds.
