Growing Practices: No Pesticides No Herbicides No Fungicides No Synthetic Fertilizers

Latin Name: Solanum tuberosum

Days to Maturity: 80

Description:

Thin-skinned, amazingly flavored, creamy little spuds resembling pig potatoes. Mid to late season, these are fast cookers and sure to please! Determinate vines grow to about one foot high with white blossoms. They seem to grow close to the surface, so are an easier harvest.

Story of this Seed:

My mother found these taters browsing Row Seven Seeds, and I fell in love. Since then, it has been determined that if I ever stop growing them, my father will disown me.

Growing Tips:

Water them well before covering with soil, and mulch heavily to prevent greening.
