From Harry Jones of Cumberland County, Kentucky; named for his grandfather. The Jones family has grown this tomato for 3 generations. Large, healthy indeterminate plant produces 12-18 oz. yellow fruits that blush pink on the blossom end when ripe. Good balanced flavor. Very productive in a variety of conditions, resists early season diseases and cracking, production rivals hybrids by weight. Regular leaf shape. A mainstay at Care of the Earth Farm (who also produced this seed). 280 seeds/gram.
