Description:

Israeli Sweet-(Capsicum annuum)-A very delicious sweet pepper from the fertile valleys outside of Jerusalem. It is a small pepper as far as most sweet peppers go. The Israeli Sweet is blocky shaped about an inch in diameter and 3-4 inches long. The Israeli Sweet peppers ripen from green to a yellowish orange. They are ideal for salads, stuffing and roasting. The Israeli Sweet Chile plants grow 2-3 feet tall.
