Brazilian Starfish-(Capsicum bacattum)-The Brazilian Starfish pepper resembles a flying saucer with points sticking out around it's edges. It grows vine like so support or staking is usually necessary. The Brazilian Starfish peppers have a mild to medium heat level and are very sweet and fruity. The plants are vey productive and ripen from green to red. This pepper is great for stir fry, sauces and salsa! The Brazilian Starfish chile plants grow 4-5 feet tall.
