Criolla de Cocina-(Capsicum annuum) A very sweet aromatic variety from Nicaragua. Peppers can get the size of a baseball and have a wrinkled exterior. Very productive the Criolla de Coccina chiles ripen from dark green to red. The peppers themselves are thin walled but can be used for sauces, roasting, stuffing and frying. The Criolla de Cocina chile plants grow just under three feet tall.
