This farm is a conglomeration of other farms I have worked on in my time farming around New York, from the Hudson Valley to Long Island. I have worked on a variety of organic and beyond organic operations and have grown out seed through these farms.

These seeds are the only variety of this type of plant on the entire farm, I am sure they will remain true to type and give you the same beautiful plant I grew last summer!

These seeds have been grown in regenerative and chemical free environments. Organic growing is more than just using organic pesticides for this farm and we care about eliminating all chemical inputs onto our plants.

I started saving seeds from my crops in 2019 and have been ever since, I especially am passionate about growing and saving dye plants because of their long tradition of meaningful craft. I am excited by local fiber and dye plants are a natural extension of that. I have been taught by so many generous growers and educators over the past 5 years and I am so grateful for the hours in the field I have gotten to spend with them.

These seeds are the strongest of those grown out this past summer, this ensures that these seeds are better prepared to handle whatever weather lower NY throws at them. They have been a hardy variety in my experience and I have had no disease or insect issue that has paralyzed my production. Every year I choose only the strongest so that these qualities will continue.
