Description:

German White has been our most consistent variety for several years. Our garlic is certified organic by Vermont Organic Farmers (VOF) and tested free of garlic bloat nematode by Cornell University Extension. We have grown organic garlic on Eastview Farm since the early 1990’s.

We list two garlic sizes for sale: Seed garlic - bulbs average 2.25 inches in diameter, average 8 bulbs/lb, 4-5 cloves per bulb. 1lb of seed will give you approximately 35-40 seeds for planting. Price is $20/lb, order these for planting. Culinary garlic - bulbs are less than 2 inches in diameter, average of 12 bulbs/lb. This is a great way to try out the garlic right away. Price is $10/lb, order these for eating.

We offer a bulk discount of 10% off for orders of 5-9 lbs and 20% off for 10 orders of 10 lbs.
