Love kale? This is an excellent fresh eating kale. Very tender and flavorful. Very winter hardy and also grows all summer long in the heat. We have trialed about 7-8 varieties of kale on our farm over the years of market farming, and this one is overall the very best. We save seed from the largest, healthiest winter survivor plants. Best kale going raw or cooked! Makes good kale chips also.
