Description:

Prizenka-(Capsicum annuum)-The Prizenka is a sweet Eastern European pepper that has mild heat sometimes. They ripen from green to red. The seeds were sent to me from a friend in Croatia but I do not know what country it originates from. The pepper resemble a large sweet Paprika that tapers down to a point at the end. They have a nice sweet complex rich flavor. They are great for stuffing, roasting, frying, salads or sauces. The Prizenka chile plants grow between 2-3 feet tall.
