Description:
Syrian Goathorn-(Capsicum annuum)-This is a delicious Syrian variety that came directly from Syria from a pepper grower named Raghad Gorani. The fruits we produced were about 8-10 inches long and almost an inch in diameter. They are very fruity and sweet but as you get closer to the stem the flavor becomes less sweet with a very hot Serrano level of heat. In Syria they are dried for seasoning but would be great for stir fry or even a sauce! The Syrian Goathorn chile plants grow up to 3 feet tall.
